我说了一个善意的谎言(I told a white lie)
    Last Friday, Cindy came up to me and asked, "Vicky, could you help me with my English composition？" With a great smile, I told a white lie to Cindy. I said, "I am not so good at English that I will have a hard time to fulfill the writing requirement of your paper. I could give it a try." Cindy was happy to hear that, and she gave me a kiss on my cheek. She said, "Uh, Vicky. You are so sweet. Please do whatever you can. I really appreciate that."
    Cindy is not my classmate, so she doesn't know that I have already passed the CET-6 English exam as a junior 3 student. Well, I am not gonna tell her about it. I told her a white lie, because I didn't want her to depend on me that much. If I wrote the whole thing for her, she would learn nothing and her English writing would never be improved!
